Retail Agent Classifieds Security

Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members access to view, modify, add and delete functions on the retail agent classifieds tab.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [Edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Retail Agent.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Classified:

• View: When checked, allows theuser to view the retail agent classifieds tab.
• Modify: Enables the [Update] link on the Account Level Code Classes & Designations screen.
• Add: Enables the [Add New] link on the on the Classifieds Summary screen. If a user does not have this right, the [Add New] link will not be displayed.
• Delete: Enables the Remove icon next to each classified entry on the Classifieds Summary screen.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
